MERL TEAM GETS TRAINING
Several Utah Lion leaders participated in the MERL Team training in Nephi on Saturday, April 12. Lion Mark Nelson, MERL team chairman, organized the event which focused on Membership, Extensions, Retention, Leadership and Public Relations. These are the key areas in operating a good Lions club. Those invited were district & MD MERL team members, DGs, vice district governors, and zone and region chairmen. Council chairman Al Woodmansee was also in attendance.
