The definition of a (service club) is moving from an identification with a message to much more of an identification of an experience. The present generation is very interactive – thanks to technology – so they expect a club to deliver in a different way than older people might.” Ieva M. Augstmus [Suggestion: Make copies of the quote for distribution to the attendees].
4. THE FINAL CHALLENGE TO THE ATTENDEES
- Become familiar with the DVD, CD-Rom and script prior to presenting.
- Conduct the training in a retreat type setting – at least away from the normal meeting location {may not be realistic once the training reaches the club level}
- Allow for the free flow of ideas, questions and responses.

- Rely upon those trainers who trained you as a resource to assist to make all trainings informative, dynamic, interactive, and filled with enthusiasm.
